Bimmy served as CFO of an engineering & construction company where he headed all areas of strategic planning, structured financing, change management, wealth management, several startups, acquisitions, mergers and helping companies grow rapidly in strategic markets. He was instrumental in setting up an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for Mangan Engineering as an ownership transition tool, during his tenure as CFO. Further, he served at the senior executive level in several companies in the following industries; automation, instrumentation, biotechnology, chemical processing, power, electrical & renewable energy technology. He serves as Chief Investment Officer of a green venture capital firm Ecothinc™ and is actively involved in the green movement, utilizing his expertise to help launch green technology projects worldwide. He is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Mortgage Investor, a C-Level Pinnacle Leader by training and is currently obtaining his Masters in Green Building.
Gajaba has extensive experience in both public and private companies for over sixteen years, in various senior roles in finance and operations. His industry background includes e-Commerce, Software Development, Media, Online Advertising, Banking, Bio-Tech, Manufacturing and Insurance. His unique and broad expertise comprises of financial and strategic planning, business process re-engineering, SEC and investor reporting, Initial Public Offerings, Mergers and Acquisitions, leadership in ERP systems implementation, capital management, and team building. His recent employers include Intuit, MySpace, Reachlocal, and BetterWorks. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (UK), a Global Management Accountant and a Pepperdine MBA. Gajaba received his B.Sc. in Engineering from Moratuwa University, Sri Lanka.
Mike has acted as a key strategic consultant from start-up to mid-level corporations, government agencies, and academic institutions globally. Mike currently oversees multiple international projects in Educational Management, Renewable Energy and Contract Finance. Mike was the co-founder of Orbis Education Services, which introduced an innovative nursing education partnership between private business, hospitals, and universities in the USA. He has served on the board of directors of several privately held, multi-national companies with operational offices on 4 continents, as well as on 3 charitable boards. Since 2002, Mike has worked with senior government officials in the Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, Thailand, Russia, China, Cambodia and the USA on a variety of education and renewable energy projects. Mike has worked with governments and policy makers on 5 continents. He is currently working on creating “Legacy Projects” for the leaders of several nations. His efforts have resulted in active alliances and partnerships with 59 universities, and a host of international and domestic businesses.
